This is a family business that works very hard. There are times an extra person would be a blessing, however more times then not there isn't enough work for another person. For those who have been going here for years, the food is amazing, consistent and affordable. I cannot begin to tell you how blessed I am at how kind they are with my autistic niece. Worth the wait. We're a small town and our businesses struggle, as do most of their clients. So I appreciate the cost of their meals.
I also just checked their website, which clearly states, Saturday may have a 30 minute wait time...
